Welcome to Powerhouse Taekwondo. Established in 1994 as a non-profit community club, we offer an inclusive, family-friendly environment to learn the incredible martial art of taekwondo. As well as fun, fitness and flexibility, you'll find a sense of personal empowerment and achievement. Learn self-defence and practice traditional techniques, including kicks, blocks and strikes. Grow your self-confidence, enhance your wellbeing, and release stress while learning new skills.

We offer classes at Swanmore and Havant in Hampshire. Our classes are mixed ability and cover a range of ages. We recommend children are at least 8 years old (but still feel free to get in touch if your child is younger). There are lots of benefits from learning with different age groups and abilities. It means families can experience the fun of learning together and new students benefit from being with those more experienced. Activities in our classes are tailored to suit all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced black belts.
